Personal Injury Attorney

About

History

The Law Office of William C. Hudson opened its doors in 1992. Since then, Bill has been recognized as a premier personal injury attorney in Maryland and Virginia, dedicating his practice to serious injury and death cases. Based in Ocean City, Maryland, Bill handles a wide variety of person injury claims for clients in or near the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Virginia, from the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area to Northampton County, Virginia, and beyond.

Helping clients get fair compensation has been the primary focus of our practice since our inception. We will work hard for you and aggressively and compassionately pursue your claim. We are not a “claims mill” that accepts any case that comes through our door. Instead we are very selective of the clients and cases we accept, as only by doing so are we able to commit ourselves to the individual attention, detailed preparation and aggressive advocacy that each client deserves. That philosophy has enabled us to obtain substantial verdicts, awards and settlements for clients over the years including, most recently, a May 2018 jury verdict in Dorchester County, Maryland (an extremely conservative venue) for over $2,500,000.00 and a June 2018 arbitration award for $1,250,000.00.

Get in touch

Experienced, capable attorneys with strong reputations don’t need billboards and TV ads and don’t send '“runners” to emergency rooms or mailers to injury victims. However, it’s sometimes difficult to find them because of the sheer volume of attorney advertising that is out there, as it seems “easy” to call the phone number on the billboard or TV screen. Selecting the right attorney to represent you is a choice not to be taken lightly, so don’t be tempted by “easy”. Interview more than one attorney and select carefully among those you interview. That’s why we offer free consultations to walk you through your needs and goals.
